Privacy Policy of amogre
This Privacy Notice describes how amogre (Owners and Data Controllers: Mimmi Nordquist and Marcus Hong) within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), processes personal data.
Who are we and how do we collect data?
amogre, based in Stockholm, Sweden (“we”, “us” or “our”) is a technology company.
We provide our Users (e.g. anyone who has downloaded and/or use amogres app (“the App”)), with technology to improve their riding skills faster, by letting the User note and remember important take-aways from their former riding lessons. Our Users are mostly students at different riding schools, but can also be riding instructors and/or practically anyone riding horses.
Our Users provides us with most of the personal data we receive.
Data related to Users of the App
When you as a User activates a personal account in the App, we will process the following personal data: Full name and e-mail address.
We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
Data related to amogre website visitors
If you submit information via our contact form (e.g. on amogre.com - “the Website”), we will process the contact details you provide and any personal data contained in or connected to your message in order for us to respond to your query or information request.
We do not track you for advertising purposes when visiting our website, but collect data as needed for the website to technically function, for example which language you want the site to use. We do not sell your personal data.
What personal data do we collect?
What data we collect depends on our relationship to you (see above). The kinds of data we ourselves or through third parties collect are:
Contact information
Name, e-mail or other individual or contact details, as well as personal data contained in messages.
Device information
IP address, language settings, browser settings, time zone, device logs, operating system, reminders permission, User ID or similar information about your device.

Contractual necessity
We process data retained by user consent, or that is necessary for the performance of the service (the App).
Tracking consent
amogre is not asking for tracking consent since neither the App nor the Website are using any cookies besides the strictly necessary ones (for example error handling and language settings chosen by the User in the App or on the Website).
Legal obligation
We may process data based on legal requirements (e.g. bookkeeping rules).
Special consent for minors
Even though the App is available from the age of 7 and up, amogre does not have a special consent for minors since we, as stated above, only use strictly necessary cookies (e.g. no tracking, no non-essential cookies, etc).
Retention time
Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for and may be retained for longer due to applicable legal obligation or based on the Users' consent.
Who has access to personal data?
amogre may receive and process your personal data for the purposes described above. amogres Data Controllers and our Core Service Providers (such as hosting partners etc.) has access to your data, and in some cases the Data may be accessible to certain external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies) if necessary.
We only share data to the extent needed, containing reasonable and necessary measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection in accordance with applicable law. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Owners at any time.
What happens if there's a data breach?
At amogre, we prioritize the security of our users' data. To protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, we've implemented technical solutions in accordance with industry standards and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the personal data we collect and process.
Should a data breach occur, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable data protection laws, ensuring transparent communication and taking all necessary steps to mitigate the impact of the breach on our users.
Export of data from the EU/EEA to other countries
The personal data that we receive, may be transferred to and processed by recipients that are located inside or outside the EU/EEA. We will take all necessary measures to ensure that transfers out of the EEA are adequately protected as required by applicable data protection law. With respect to transfers to countries not providing an adequate level of data protection, we will base the transfer on appropriate safeguards, such as standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission or by a supervisory authority.

You have rights, under the GDPR and other legislation, related to us processing your personal data, such as:
