amogre, based in Stockholm, Sweden (“we”, “us” or “our”) is a technology company.
We provide our Users (e.g. anyone who has downloaded and/or use amogres app (“the App”)), with technology to improve their riding skills faster, by letting the User note and remember important take-aways from their former riding lessons.

amogre runs www.amogre.com (the Website) and the app amogre (the App) on AppStore and Google Play.

Age limits

Anyone from the age of 7 is welcome to use the App.

Free Access and In-App Purchases

The App is available for free download and use. As of now, all features within the app are provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce in-app purchases for access to certain features in the future.

Should we implement in-app purchases, users will have the option to either make a purchase to access these features or opt not to use the paid features. The introduction of in-app purchases will not obligate users to make any payments; instead, users who choose not to engage with in-app purchases may continue using the app's other features that remain free.

Please note that the availability of features within the app, whether free or paid, may change over time. A feature being offered for free at one point does not guarantee that it will remain free indefinitely. We commit to providing users with clear information regarding any changes to the app's pricing structure and feature availability to make informed decisions about their use of the app.

Consent for Communication

By signing up for an account with amogre, you agree to receive communications from us, including feature updates, news, and marketing materials related to our app. We're excited to keep you informed about what's new and upcoming!

Please rest assured, your inbox is yours to control. If you decide at any point that you would prefer not to receive these updates, you can easily opt out directly within the app's settings.

Maintenance and Downtime

Please be aware that on rare occasions, amogre may need to undergo maintenance, which could result in temporary downtime. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to keep these periods short and infrequent. Please note, during such maintenance windows, refunds or compensations for the downtime will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance amogre for all our users.

User Conduct and Enforcement Policy

At amogre, we are committed to fostering a respectful and safe community for all users. We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, or any form of mean or dangerous behaviour towards other users or on the App in general. Users found engaging in such conduct may be immediately suspended from the app with no right of return.

Appeals and Reinstatement

Should you find yourself suspended, you are welcome to reach out to us at support@amogre.com to discuss the situation. We are open to reviewing cases where a suspension may have been issued in error.

Processing of personal data

amogre follows the rules that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has set up to protect user integrity. Review the Privacy Policy of amogre for more information. You can always correct, access or delete personal information in the settings section in the App.

Limitation of Liability

Users engage with horses at their own risk, even if doing so has been inspired by amogre and/or exercises and/or other content in the App. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur from using the App, it's suggestions or exercises. No insurance is provided by amogre for such incidents.

Force Majeure

Neither amogre nor the user shall be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms of Use if such failure is caused by events or conditions beyond reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, industrial disputes, acts of God, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. In such events, the affected obligations under these Terms of Use shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation. We commit to resuming normal service and fulfillment of any impacted obligations as soon as reasonably possible once the situation has been resolved.

Changes

amogre may revise these Terms from time to time, with or without notice to the User. Any such revision will be effective immediately. The User's continued use of the Service following any such revision constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
